I. Copyright Statement

All text descriptions, product introductions, promotional copy, video content and other original content related to LightLinger’s products are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant international copyright conventions. Without the prior written permission of LightLinger, any unit or individual shall not copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate, distribute or otherwise use the above content, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Otherwise, we will pursue their tort liabilities in accordance with the law, including but not limited to stopping the infringement, compensating for losses, and eliminating adverse effects.

II. Brand Logo Copyright Statement

The brand logos of LightLinger (including but not limited to graphic logos, text logos, and combined logos) are all independently designed and originally created by LightLinger, and have been protected by relevant intellectual property rights in accordance with the law. The ownership, right to use, right to modify and right to license of the logos belong exclusively to LightLinger. Without the written authorization of LightLinger, any unit or individual shall not use, copy, tamper with or counterfeit the logos without permission, nor shall they use them in any commercial activities, product packaging, promotional materials or other scenarios, or engage in any acts that may confuse the brand or mislead consumers. For any infringement of the brand logo copyright, LightLinger reserves the right to pursue the infringer’s civil, administrative and even criminal liabilities.

III. Image Design Copyright Statement

All product images, scene design drawings, promotional posters, visual materials and other related content in LightLinger’s stores are either originally designed by LightLinger or used with legal authorization, and their copyrights belong to LightLinger or the relevant right holders. The original expression of the above images and design materials is protected by law. Without the written permission of LightLinger or the relevant right holders, any unit or individual shall not download, copy, screenshot, tamper with, disseminate or use such materials without permission, nor shall they use them for any scenarios such as their own commercial promotion, product sales, and self-media operation. If any unauthorized use is found, LightLinger will take legal measures to safeguard its rights, including but not limited to requiring the infringer to stop using, delete the infringing content, and compensate for economic losses.

IV. Statement on the Right to Prosecute Extortionate Orders

LightLinger firmly opposes any form of malicious orders, extortion and fraud. For extortionate order behaviors implemented by means such as malicious refunds, false complaints, threat and extortion, and malicious bad reviews, LightLinger will strictly verify the order information, transaction records and relevant evidence. Once it is verified that there are illegal acts such as malicious extortion and fraud, LightLinger reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities, including but not limited to requiring the infringer to compensate for economic losses, bear the rights protection costs (including attorney fees, litigation fees, evidence collection fees, etc.), and report or file a lawsuit with the relevant administrative organs and judicial organs in accordance with the law to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests and normal transaction order. Meanwhile, LightLinger will mark such malicious orders and restrict the subsequent ordering permissions of the relevant subjects to prevent the recurrence of similar behaviors.

V. Supplementary Provisions

1. Global Application: This legal statement applies to all regions where LightLinger provides services, including but not limited to the European Union, the United States, and other countries and regions. Users in different regions shall comply with the local intellectual property laws and consumer protection laws while abiding by this statement. For users in the EU, this statement complies with the EU Consumer Protection Law and relevant provisions of EU Directive 2023/2673.
2. Infringement Reporting: If you find any infringement of LightLinger’s intellectual property rights or any extortionate order behaviors, please contact our customer service team promptly via the email: service@lightlinger.com. We will verify and handle the issue in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and may take measures such as removing infringing content, restricting account permissions, and pursuing legal responsibilities.
3. Language Version: This statement is written in English. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
4. Severability: If any provision of this statement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that best reflects the original intention of LightLinger.
VI. Other Explanations
This legal statement applies to all online stores, websites and relevant promotional channels under LightLinger. LightLinger reserves the right of final interpretation of this statement and the right to modify the content of this statement in accordance with the needs of legal updates and business development. The modified content will be posted in the store and will take effect upon posting. Any unit or individual that uses LightLinger’s relevant services or browses relevant content shall be deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms of this statement.
